I am currently searching for a Project Manager who has experience working within the New build Residential sector.

My client is on of the biggest high end main contractors across all sectors. The projects that will be focused on are residential

Project Manager Responsibilities:



* Lead and motivate the project team and the supply chain to deliver the project.
* The ability to manage teams including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants.
* Maintain continuous professional development of yourself and your team to ensure appropriate technical awareness.
* Manage the operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget.
* Ensure that the job is completed from start to finish
* Ensure effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time.

Skills Required:



*
* Understanding and appropriately sharing build programmes.
* Appropriate CSCS card.
* SMSTS certificate.
* The ability to control costs, timing and quality in line with targets.
* Proven track record of successful delivery of projects.
* Accurate interpretation of contract documents, programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
* Efficient use of all staff and resources.
* Experience within the residential sector working work for a main contractor or a developer
* The ability to manage teams including the supply chain, direct employees and consultants.
* Experience using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
