-Develop and maintain project and programme plans
-Produce accurate project and programme reports, project initiation documents and
work packages
-Create and maintain RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) logs and Project
and Programme Management (PPM) documentation
-Support colleagues in adhering to organisations security standards when handling
project documentation
-Provide on-going project management by running workshops to identify, evaluate and
treat risks and issues
-Support consultations meetings, forums and workshops with key stakeholders
-Deputise for Project Managers or Programme Office Manager at checkpoint meetings
-Use the intranet to maintain the Change Implementation Team collateral
-Uphold and improve PPM standards and procedures
-Plan and prepare Gateway review processes
-Work as a team with other Project Officers
-Respond to project and programme enquires
-Financial forecasting
-Secretariat duties

-History of working on projects or programmes (including risk management)
-Creative in tackling challenges, finding solutions and able to work under own
-Experience using a wide range of sources to gather and present information
-Applied experience in project planning and proficient in Microsoft Project
-Demonstrated ability completing and delivering outputs with competing deadlines in
high pressured environments
-Previously undertaken secretariat duties
-Have an understanding of project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2)
-Competent using SharePoint and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
-Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
