Exciting opportunity for a Package / Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale new build commercial project valued in excess of £180m in Central London!

I urgently require a Package / Project QS to work on a multi million pound high end commercial new build development in Central London

Role: Package Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: The role will be based in Central London.

Rate: £300-£350 p/d depending on experience

Duties: You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and working within the commercial team

Duties will include -



* Procurement
* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience and have worked for a Top 20 contractor / developer or PQS with new build commercial or residential experience. Whilst not essential, it would be advantageous to have RICS accreditation

Values: £180m

Duration: There is a long duration for this contract and also the possibility of temp to perm

Start: Immediate
