Exciting opportunitiy for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on £500m High-end residential project in South East London for a Tier One Developer!

I urgently require a strong and aspiring Project Quantity Surveyor to help work on the procurement on a high end residential project worth around £500m and if all goes well to work on a block of RC frame new build apartments, with each block being worth about £35m.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: The role will be based in South East London

Rate: £300-£350 p/d depending on experience and competence

Duties: You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and working within the commercial team

Duties will include -

* Procurement
* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience and have worked for a Top 20 contractor or developer.
