Project Support Administrator is required by Leatherhead based organisation.

Working within the Programme Office (PMO) you will be responsible for providing support and administration to project and programme managers, delivering mainly IT projects. This is a great opportunity to bring your first class administration, communication and organisation skills to start specialising in Project and Programme support.

Key Responsibilities:-

The key responsibilities of the job will involve working with PMO & Project Managers, supporting a range project administration activities including planning, tracking budgets, RAG reports and using MS Project to provide insight into project progress.


You'll also be working on the following:-


* Project planning, control and estimating
* Risk and Issue Management
* Status tracking and reporting
* Configuration and document management
* Assisting with the sourcing of resources
* Maintaining engagement compliance with internal standards
* Advice and consultancy on PMO procedures
* Administrative support

Personal profile:-

Essential qualifications, experience, knowledge:-

* Excellent communication and administration and team working skills
* Confident, able and willing to challenge senior project stakeholders (Project & Programme Managers etc)
* High level of numeracy and literacy
