Are you a Project Surveyor, specialising in compliance? Are you looking for your next contract in the Wiltshire area?

This could be the ideal job for you!

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Project Surveyor to join a Compliance Team on an initial 12 Month contract!

The successful candidates will work full time as part of the Surveying team, reporting to the Surveying Manager, you will work collaboratively with contractors and colleagues to ensure the delivery of high quality servicing testing and compliance to customers.

In addition, you will ensure properties are well maintained and contribute to the delivery of the Asset Management Operating Plan objectives.

Duties:



* Lead and manage large scale servicing projects and initiatives.
* Survey domestic properties internally and externally to specify schedules.
* Ensure that all KPI's are being hit.
* Gain quotes and tenders.
* Provide training and support to colleagues.
* Provide telephone support and technical decision making
* Manage budgets and expenditure.
* Programme and coordinate works.
* Actively gain feedback from customers and investigating complaints.
* Attend meetings with customers, contractors and colleagues

Requirements:



* A Full UK Driving Licence.
* Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Experience of working in an asset management servicing or maintenance field.
* Experience of procurement.
* A Legionella qualification (Role of the Responsible Person: Part 2 Technical).
* Comprehensive understanding and experience of water and electrical systems and their maintenance.

Desirable:



* Professional qualification in a maintenance, construction or asset management related role.
* Membership of a professional body in a building, construction or asset management related field.
* An Understanding of social housing communities.
* A CDM qualification.
* M&E Qualification.
