Are you a Property Administrator based within a reasonable commute of Chichester? I'm looking to speak with an experienced Property Administrator who is looking for a new opportunity. It's essential that you have prior experience working within this position if not a similar role and have previously worked alongside Surveyors. You'll be joining up with a small team, working alongside the Surveyor's providing administration support across the whole office.


* Provide administration support across the office
* Support the Surveyors with general administration
* Answering inbound telephone calls
* Organise documents and keep on top of daily tasks
* Record and track all documentation
* Act as a first point of contact both face to face and online


* Experience working as a Property Administrator prior to this position
* Administration Experience
* Ability to organise and priorities work load
* A confident Communicator
* Experience using all Microsoft Packages

This particular role would suit somebody who's looking for flexibility in their position - Whether this be a full time temporary position or a part time permanent role all availability will be taken into consideration. Salary expectations for this role are circa £22,000- £24,000.
