Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager - Eastbourne - £22k + progression

Our leading Property Management client based in Eastbourne is seeking a motivated and ambitious Property Administrator / Junior Property Manager on a permanent basis.

Working within the Eastbourne office, you will help manage a portfolio of developments to a high standard in the local area. You will receive full training and mentoring in addition to a structured career path.

* Career path and progression to Property Manager - Full training and mentoring

Initial duties will include (subject to training):

* Answer telephone calls and take the appropriate action.
* Letters and reports - responding to correspondence
* File and cascade Inspection reports
* Attend meetings with Senior Property Managers
* Processing invoices, arrears
* Assisting with year-end budgets
* Check, code and input invoices
* Assisting with works orders.
* Arranging and overseeing contractors
* Produce weekly/monthly/annual reports.
* General filing.
* Processing paperwork on internal systems
* Any other duties as directed
* Advise all lessees and/or tenants of impending works, etc
* Once trained - manage a small portfolio


* Motivated, driven and keen to build a career within property
* Competent Administration and IT skills
* Highly organised and able to multi-task
* Exposure to property related work would be an advantage but no essential
* Driver
