Property Management Administrator

Are you a proven Administrator, Property Assistant or Property Management Administrator seeking work in Croydon area?

Are you looking for a permanent secure job with a growing company that will offer you progression, training and career development within the property industry?

Our leading Property client based near Croydon is seeking a full time permanent Property Management Administrator to join the growing team. Working within a team of property management professionals, you will provide first class administration support to both internal colleagues and clients.

* Immediate start available if needed
* Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
* Progression and development - clear career path
* £21k-£24k basic depending on experience
* 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
* Annual salary reviews

Duties Include:



* Assisting with Invoice processing
* Assisting with sending demands and arrears notifications
* Correspondence and report production using excel and word
* Assisting with year-end calculations, accounts and budget planning
* Internal systems management
* General phone and email enquires form clients
* Arranging property repairs and maintenance via external contractors
* Key and fob management
* Arrange inspections and site visits for colleagues
* General administration such as data entry and weekly report running

Experience Needed:



* Proven Administration experience, ideally in a property related industry
* Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and work under pressure when required
* Competent IT skills including the use of MS applications including excel and Word
* Customer focused
* Ability to multi-task with strong organisation skills
* Good numerical skills
* Keen to progress a career in the Property industry
