Purchasing Administrator required on a contract basis to join an industry leading engineering and manufacturing business.

Do you have a experience of providing expert admin support to purchasing / procurement teams? Have you got experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing / Engineering environment? If you are seeking an exciting challenge then this is the role for you!

You will be responsible for supporting purchasing operations ranging from expediting parts through to issuing NDA and RFQ's.

Key responsibilities:

* Raising orders and placing orders with suppliers
* Resolving any supplier queries
* Expedite parts (samples)
* Raise request for quotations
* Pull drawings
* Send out Non-Disclosure Documents and chase responses
* General admin support

Experience required:

* Proven administration skills working in a purchasing / procurement or similar supply chain related environment.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong Excel skills (essential)
* Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
* You must be a team player!
