Job Responsibilities:

All aspects of case managements including intake and assessment, rehabilitation and devising care plans
Capable of working in a high paced environment whilst holding specific case loads
Passionate about improving the lives of Children and young people
Court appearances

Preferred Skills:

Social Worker Qualification
SCW certificate
Enhanced DBS certificate
Drive with access to vehicle
