Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new project? If so, I have a permanent opportunity. A Quantity Surveying role has landed in Sussex.

* Location - Sussex
* Contract Type - Permanent
* Start Date - October 2018
* Salary - £45,000 - £55,000

The Role

* To ensure that all matters relating to cost control are reported
* Responsible for issuing of internal notices, documents and technical data through the Contract Management system
* Monitor commercial project documentation
* Assist with Contract Reviews and Project Closures
* Ensure contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified
* Assist with the assessment of subcontractor's monthly payment application
* To carry out cost estimating, cost planning and cost reporting throughout all stages of the project
* To provide advice on procurement routes and delivering the procurement process

About You

* Experience of working as part of a team on site
* Experience of negotiating facts and data
* Ability to form good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Good knowledge of Construction specifications other standards and guidance
* Accuracy/attention to detail
