Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - London

Salary: up to £60,000 + package

My client, a leading fit out contractor, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team in London. They have been in business for 25 years specialise in creating extraordinary places to work. For businesses relocating or refurbishing their offices, they provides an unrivalled package of design, innovation and quality.

The Role of the Quantity Surveyor:

- Stand alone QS undertaking Estimating, Contract Management and day to day commercial management of project

- Controlling and overseeing the raising of orders, order tracking, invoicing, billing and payments

- Producing subcontractor tender packages and the subsequent review, assessment and procurement of works packages including final negotiations

The Candidate:

- At least 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying

- Excellent knowledge of the Building and construction industry

- Experience with D&B/Traditional Fit Out experience or mix of sectors
