I am looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work for an award winning consultancy in the heart of London. I am seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of amazing infrastructure projects with some top clients in the UK some of which include, HS2, Highways England and Crossrail!!

Working very closely with both senior team members and internal multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for assessing, understanding and assisting in all aspects of the pre- and post-contract PQS function as well as applying traditional QS skills /knowledge in other fields such as the regulatory and due-diligence environments. Your input will result in accurate and robust outputs for clients on highly varied and often challenging Infrastructure projects ranging from £1m to £3bn.

* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
* Ideally MRICS chartered or working towards MRICS status
* Strong cost estimation and measurement knowledge & experience in the Infrastructure sector.
* Knowledge of pre-contract documentation.
* Software e.g. costing packages, BIM costing tools, @Risk, Microsoft Office etc
* Demonstrable experience within a consulting environment
* Experience in leading project teams
* Client facing
* Inquiring, open-minded approach
* Collaborative team-player with ability to operate independently when required
* Excellent communication skills
* Ambitious and self-motivated
* Hardworking & diligent.
