Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure - Central London - £32K - 45K + Package!

My client, an exciting civil engineering contractor are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to be based on site in and around Central London!

You will be working for a contractor, arguably one of the busiest who had an annual turnover in excess of £100m last year, with great progression and growth opportunities in place.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:



* Cost forecasting
* Cost and Value Reconciliation
* General subcontract administration
* Provide project specific report updates on subcontractor performance/status
* Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to MQS / Commercial Manager
* Assisting in preparation of main contract quotations for notified events

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working on infrastructure projects for a main contractor
* It is ideal, not necessary for NEC and JCT forms of contracts
