Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure - Berkshire - £40K - 50K + Package!

Do you want to work for a busy contractor where you can come in to work and actually do the job you're paid to do? My client, a specialist telecommunications, Utilities and Power contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Berkshire.

Not only will you gain experience working on projects from inception through to final accounts (a rarity in today's market) you'll be working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager who offers you knowledge and great progression opportunities.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited to):



* Commercial reporting
* The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
* The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
* The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.
* The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
* Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working for a civil / rail contractor is essential
* 3/4 + years experience
* NEC Form of Contract experience (necessary!)
