How would you like on a £50 million-pound major highways scheme?

I'm looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join my client on a high profile job in North London. This project is currently working on the ECI stage and will move into delivery in the next 6 months. The scope of work will include river diversions, bulk earthworks, structures and general civil engineering.

Location: North London

Rate: dependant on exp.

Roles and responsibilities:



* Commercial reporting
* The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
* The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
* The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
* The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
* Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers

Candidate Requirements:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
* Experience working with a main contractor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
* Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
