Quantity Surveyor - Highways - West London - £35K - 45K + Package!

Are you sick and tired of doing the same thing all day, every day? Only seeing a specific part of the project and never following it through? My client, a specialist highways maintenance contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in West London.

Working for this contractor will offer you the rare opportunity to manage your own projects and exposure to different parts of the contruction process whichyou perhaps have not experienced before.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (but not limited to):



* Commercial reporting
* The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
* The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
* The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.
* The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
* Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering is NECESSARY
* Highways Maintenace experience is ideal
* NEC / JCT / ICE Form of Contract experience
