Receptionist/Administrator - North Finchley

Are you a proven Receptionist / Administrator seeking immediate work in the North Finchley area?

Are you organised, customer focused and looking for work with a great company?

Our leading Building Maintenance company based Near North Finchley are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist / Administrator on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

Working within the local office, you will provide first class levels of customer service to visitors and clients from the front desk. You will also assist the office with general administration duties where needed.



* Immediate start available
* £20k-£22k depending on experience
* Excellent working environment

* Training provided
* Full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Duties Include:



* Front desk reception cover - meeting and greeting
* Signing in guests
* Answering front desk general phone calls
* Issuing keys to contractors
* Managing post and couriers
* Booking travel and arranging stock
* General Administration

Experience Needed:



* Previous Administration/Reception experience
* Professional, motivated and customer focused
* Immediate to start or short notice
* Competent IT skills
* Committed and reliable
