My client, a leading Skincare Clinic based in central Bristol, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time role starting immediately and offering the potential for temp to perm.

Working as a Receptionist at this popular clinic is a busy and demanding role. As the the public face of the clinic, your responsibilities will include:

* Meeting and greeting customers
* Booking appointments in person, over the phone and via email
* Taking payment from customers
* Managing customers appointment diary
* Keeping the reception area tidy
* Answering and forwarding phone calls
* Updating the customer database

Skills/experience required

* Experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good telephone manner
* Experience of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Able to prioritise tasks/workload effectively
* Able to work independently / within a team as required
* IT Literate
