This will be a front of house position in a corporate head office for a Real Estate comany based in Vauxhall. They provide a fresh approach to real estate, focused on simplicity, quality, trust and performance. With so many different parties needed to successfully invest in property, it is essential to ensure that you work with quality people.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure area is clean and tidy and welcoming at all times
* Ensure that reception is always attended and that all calls or callers are dealt with as soon as possible
* Ensure personal presentation reflects a Morgan Sindall professional and business like image
* Ensure all staff are aware of any office processes regarding access & egress to the building and/or car park
* Ensure updated contact lists are readily available
* Ensure a sign in/out system is in place and is fully implemented at all times
* Ensure that visitors sign in / out when entering the office
* Control meeting room bookings and provide refreshments as required
* Open of all incoming post, scanning when appropriate and distributing to the relevant person / team
* Ensure office/site stationery ordering system is in place and that it is effectively followed to provide adequate supplies at all times
* Ensure all general office machinery (fax, photocopier, etc) is maintained
* Ordering of all business cards and maintaining the log
* Provide relevant reception training to relief operators, as necessary
* Ensure own skill base is developed appropriately
* Welcome visitors to the office with a smile, explain key facilities available
* Assist with general office duties to support the PA
* Binding documents when required

Key Skills:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail
* Be able to work in a fast paced team environment
* Ability to manage own workload and take direction
* Minimum of 5 GCSE's (A-C), or equivalent
