As a receptionist, your role will be to provide a first point of contact for clients visiting and calling the business. To ensure you have the relevant skills and experience to deliver this, you must be able to demonstrate proven experience of:

*Excellent telephone manner
*Very professional with a high level of patience and understanding
*Good PC skills
*Must have previous experience of working on a reception
*Polite and Friendly
*Effective communication both written and verbal
*The ability to liaise with internal and external points of contact at all levels
*A positive and flexible approach to work

*Meeting and greeting all visitors, booking into the system
*Booking appointments for internal meetings
*Arranging rooms and refreshments/equipment for meetings
*Assisting with general administration and files
*Answering all calls
