Regional Cleaning Manager - South East

Are you a proven Soft Services or Regional Cleaning Manager in the South East seeking work with a leading employer?

Are you driven, motivated and use to managing teams of managers?

Our leading Property and Facilities client are seeking a proven Regional Cleaning Manager to manage the South East (South Wales, Somerset & North Devon)

As a Regional Manager you will develop, lead and manage a team of Local managers and supervisors. You'll communicate effectively with the Head of Soft Services, supporting functions as appropriate, identifying resources and the development required to enable your team to perform at the highest level.



* Up to £40k Basic + 12% Bonus (Annual)

Duties:



* Strategy - Strategically managing region
* Daily management - overseeing 150-200 sites in the region
* Full team management / development / One to Ones
* P&L - planning and execution
* Account Management - ensuring client engagement / Escalation
* Sub-contractors and suppliers - ensuring value for money

Experience:



* Proven Soft Services experience
* Proven Regional management experience
* Proven staff development skills
* Professional, motivated and driven
* Driver - Full clean license
* Based in the region
