Your responsibility as the Registered Manager will be to oversee the successful opening and running of this provision, alongside another well-established service local to the area. What are your responsibilities?



* Leading and managing the home
* Contributing to the assessment, referral and admissions process
* Ensuring all staff are adequately trained, inducted and supervised in line with OFSTED regulations
* Developing strategies to increase community presence and awareness
* Fulfilling obligations set out in the quality care standards
* Building a culture of team cohesion
* Promoting equal opportunities
* Maintaining an environment which enhances the safeguarding of young people

What is required?



* NVQ Level 5 or studying towards
* 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager including inspection reports under your name
* Availability to interview 9th April - although we can factor notice period in as we don't open until later this year
