Children's Home Manager, Harrow

What are your responsibilities?

* Leading and managing the home
* Contributing to the assessment, referral and admissions process
* Ensuring all staff are adequately trained, inducted and supervised in line with OFSTED regulations
* Developing strategies to increase community presence and brand awareness
* Fulfilling obligations set out in the quality care standards
* Building a culture of team cohesion
* Promoting equal opportunities
* Maintaining an environment which enhances the safeguarding of young people

What is required?

* NVQ Level 5 or Social Work Degree/equivalent
* Registered Managerial experience in a children's home (at least 2 years)
* Experience in children's services
