Are you a Band 5 Nurse looking for a new challenge and a new working environment? Cardiff & The Vale Health Board is looking for efficient, professional and dedicated Band 5 nurses to cover shifts at multiple hospitals, wards and specialities.

As a Band 5 Nurse for Randstad you will be working in a challenging fast-paced environment. You will be dynamic, highly skilled and up to date on all things nursing and care related. You will get to choose from a range of locations to work at, giving you genuine flexibility and job satisfaction.

You will need to:

- Be passionate about the care of vulnerable adults
- Have recent experience nursing within the NHS
- Have a clear NMC Pin as well as an enhanced DBS
- Be confident enough to monitor patients and carry out their observations, ensuring accurate record keeping
- Administering medication to patients within the required timescales
- Changing dressings
- Completing daily observations/notes
- Updating care plans
- Using the wards system to record data and manage the handover
- Have the ability to accurately and swiftly recognise unwell patients and report it appropriately
- Keep yourself up to date with new guidelines and treatments

The Minimum requirements for this role are:

- Valid and current NMC Pin
- 6 Months NHS experience
- Nursing Degree
