Resident Liaison Officer

A huge social housing developer are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a freelance basis, based in Stoke Newington, working on small and large scale internal and external improvements to properties, blocks and estates, you should have experience in the social housing sector.


* Team events (drinks, food, parties)
* Working hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
* £10.57 PAYE or £13 umbrella/ LTD company
* Potential opportunity to go permanent
* To work on a range of multi million pound projects

* Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination whilst establishing close working relationships with all customers, clients and external stakeholders
* Assist in delivering excellent customer service
* Undertake any customer related initiatives including door to door surveys, visits to housing offices and telephone interviews
* Linking with customer/residents / line management
* Make initial contact with residents
* Visit tenants with details of work content
* Communicating with residents/ client throughout works programme
* Attending meetings
* Collating & presenting reports
* Project administration

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* An understanding of the Construction Industry would be a bonus
