Residential Contracts Manager

Location: Bristol


* Manage and develop a team of Contracts Managers, providing leadership and undertaking individual performance reviews.
* Provide direction and accountability for Contract Management activities supporting the Project Managers and Heads of Function as appropriate
* Supplier Relationship Management and delivery of supplier performance and alignment to business objectives, including health and safety, corporate social responsibility (CSR), innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Be able to manage up to 6 Sites at once, 3 live and 3 pre construction
* Maintaining best in class procurement & supply chain processes and systems, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and knowledge management. Support Knowledge Management Approach for ensuring lessons are learned.

* Able to travel
* Punctual and reliable
* Good practical skills


* Educated to HNC/HND/Degree Level (or equaivalent)
* 5-10 Years Previous working as a Site Manager and 5 Years as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager
* Knowledge of the JCT and NEC Contracts
