With your knowledge and understanding, you will support students to develop in personal development, independence and key life skills. In addition, you will ensure that each student can build confidence while living independently and also in the educational sector.

Job responsibilities:
- Supporting students in KS3 and KS4 to participate in therapy sessions and educational classes
- Understanding the social and emotional needs of students
- Providing personal care and physical assistance
- Building excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with students, staff and external agencies
- Attending training days and meetings
- Completing the level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare (if not already achieved)

Key Skills:
- Must have experience in Care, Nursing or SEN education
- Must have own means of transport
- Must be flexible in your work patterns
