The role:-
We are looking for a self motivated team player to join our client as a Service Charge Lead Officer. This is a blended role of customer liaison and and financial analysis where you will be responsible for producing annual service charge estimates for various properties, reconciling the final accounts and dealing with all queries that arise from this for the portfolio. You will be setting annual service charge estimates, reconciling final accounts and dealing with any queries, ensuring that you are responding to the end customer consistently. A perfect opportunity for those who are detail oriented and customer focused!

What you'll need:-
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables & V-look ups)
- Reconciliation experience
- Problem solving experience and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of financial accounting (income/expenditure)
- An understanding of Section 20 and legislation
- An understanding of Service charges
- Ability to work to deadlines, KPI's and set timeframes
- Presentation skills
- Ability to travel to various offices
