Key Responsibilities:

The scheme consists of traditional built houses of the highest standard. They have work in the area after this site, but the current site is running on a 2 year program on a small bespoke site.

If career progression is something that is important to you, the client are looking for people to grow within the company through this exciting time with them.

As a Site Manager you will take project lead of this development and will be supported by a competent site team, reporting straight into a Construction Director. This means you will be working closely with them to work out key areas of program and site.
