Resource Support Analyst

Working for a major global IT Consultancy, this role will support a large consulting team, helping deploy the right resources, at the right time, for the right clients.

You'll work alongside a range of senior managers to support them in ensuring their projects have the appropriate resources allocated to projects, programmes and consulting assignments.

You'll be highly organised, a confident communicator and have a good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, resource management and reporting.

Key duties:-

* Respond to resource requests from a range of mid to senior managers

* Take ownership of requests for your designated business areas:- identifying appropriate candidates, submitting CVs, putting candidates and hiring managers in touch to discuss roles, whilst maintaining excellent communication throughout the process

* Identify open opportunities on Demand Capture Storage (DCS) tool

* Place consultants into new roles, taking into account their development needs with the needs of the business

* Regular meetings with the resources within the teams that you are responsible for, understand their career aspirations and development needs and match roles appropriately

* Keep the resource database updated with training, qualifications and notes on consultants

* Provide Management Information, as required to the Business Unit Heads and other relevant stakeholders
