Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for flexibility and a pay rate that matches the effort you put in? Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on a variety of general and surgical wards within Llandough Hospital. Every ward is dynamic in its own right, whether you are more suited to ICU or the Medical Assessment Unit, Randstad can find the right shift for you.

This position would suit an experienced nurse looking to work as part of a skilled clinical team in a fast paced environment. You will be an autonomous clinician who enjoys working in a dynamic ward settings nursing for older adults with a range of complex needs.

This role is available for full or part time hours - the starting rate for this exciting role is £18 - £30 per hour.

On shift, your responsibilities include

- Using your nursing skills to ensure the safety of the patients in your care
- Administration of medication as required for each individual resident
- working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to maintain exceptional standards of nursing care
- Working to NICE guidelines and following patient care plans as instructed
- follow NHS internal process for record keeping, complaints handling and incident reporting

To be successful for this vacancy you will be able to demonstrate that you

- Have or are able to undertake an enhanced DBS check
- Have experience working within an NHS setting
- Nursing Qualification and NMC registration
- Can work on your own initiative
- Are proactive in your own development, ensuring you keep up to date with NICE guidelines and new instruction on best practice
- Have excellent people management skills with the confidence to work with individuals with varying clinical conditions

The minimum requirements for this role are:

- NMC registered
- Nursing qualification
