Risk, Policy, and Records Management Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Risk, Policy, and Records Management Lead based in a Housing Association in North London.

Post: Risk, Policy, and Records Management Lead

Rate: Circa £26,100 - £30,100 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Risk, Policy, and Records Management Lead to be responsible for supporting the Audit and Governance Manager with the day to day maintenance of all relevant policies, with ensuring that the Compliance Directorate is acting in line with the code of practice around good records management, and with ensuring that our risk register and associated action tracker is kept current and live.

The main duties of the role are as followings;



* To assist in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Directorate`s policies and procedures.
* To maintain an up to date register of review dates for the Compliance Directorate`s policies and procedures.
* To ensure that the Compliance Directorate`s risk register and associated action log is up to date and current.
* To maintain and up to date register of recommendations arising from audit activity, and to ensure that these are being progressed as appropriate.
* To service any governance related meetings within the Compliance Directorate.
* To perform other duties as may be reasonably required by the Audit and Governance Manager.

Requirements



* Experience of working in Social Housing.
* Demonstrable experience within the field of Risk, Governance or Policy Development.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and governance for the sector.
* The role will involve occasional travel to Nottingham and Derby.
