This vibrant and creative nursery in Crawley is looking for an enthusiastic and creative room leader to join their dedicated team. The role is full time, permanent and needed from April 2019, as the current room leader is retiring. The nursery boasts brilliant grounds, a long established and supportive senior leadership, brilliant career progression opportunities and freedom to embrace play-based learning.

The nursery prides itself on offering a community and welcoming ethos. It offers a nurturing and creative learning environment and currently welcomes 70+ children, getting them involved with forest school and encouraging outdoor fun rain or shine. The nursery is split into 3 rooms and this opportunity is based within the pre-school room.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
● A Level 3 Qualification
● Relevant nursery experience (must be able to provide 2 employment references)
● Relevant knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
● Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:
● Supporting the team and children within the pre-school room
● Communicating with parents and carers over children's' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
● Preparing games and activities within the current EYFS national curriculum
