This role requires commitment and energy to be the best. I am looking for an experienced nursery practitioner who has had some leadership experience and wants to progress with there career. The nursery has a close-knit team who work well together to provide a home style environment for their children. They have great facilities and are currently graded as "good" by OFSTED. The owner is currently working towards the "excellent" status and is looking for a room leader who can help the nursery achieve this.

Requirements

* Cache level 3 Nursery Nurse or equivalent
* Minimum 1 years experience in a nursery setting
* Specialist with 2 to 4-year-old's
* Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

* Great communication skills and ability to lead by example and gain the respect of your colleagues with your excellent knowledge
* Ability to lead activities in all areas.
* Adhere to safeguarding policies.
* Ensure children have a good experience whilst under the care of the individual and the setting.
* The individual needs of children are identified and met.
* Company policies, procedures, and operational practices are adhered to at all times.
* Positive working relationships with children, staff, parents, and carers.
