    Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for Site Engineers with a 1-3 years of experience for a Major Joint Venture to join an established civils project. The role is to join the early phases of an exciting project based in the Buckinghamshire area, with selected candidates getting the opportunity to get exposd to a number of areas of civil engineernig. Candidates can also expect a competitve salary and attractive benefits, as well as the opportunity to quickly progress. The contractor is currently looking for individduals who have experience in drainage, highways, utilities and structures, ideally coming from a background of working with tier 1 contractors. Experience self delivering projects as well as subcontractor management is also desired but not essential. You will be required to liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials to carry out works activities to the required standards, programme and budget. You will be responsible for work with the setting-out team and be responsible for the development of the junior engineers and also for identifying and resolving technical problems on site in liaison with the senior team and Sub-Agent. Monitoring and coordinating subcontractors in the performance of their works, ensuring they are completed to the contractual requirements. Progress reporting and producing programmes will also be essential to this role.
