You'll be working in a supportive and growth orientated environment. Many of our consultants have moved up and sideways in our business to learn new skills and take on permanent roles. We can't wait to see what you will achieve! What you will be doing:In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers via, chat, email, Facebook messenger and telephone - ensuring our client's customers have the best cinematic experience possible! You will be dealing with questions, queries and ticket sales, as well as advising customers on recent film releases, upselling premium seating options and the latest deals the cinema has to offer! You will be a confident individual, with the drive and enthusiasm to ensure daily targets and SLA's are met and will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This role is fast paced and no 2 days will be the same, so the ability to think on your feet and find solutions for the client are an absolute must!
