Key ResponsibilitiesRaise all "UAR" (Urgent Action Required) emails on the company database in line with customer enquiry and forward to appropriate personnel for actionEnsure that all customer records are kept up to date with the latest information regarding any customer service issuesTo action signed off "UAR's" as directed by Sales Managers in line with Company procedureTo respond to customer correspondence as directed by the Customer Service ManagerCommunicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letterMaintain customer files in line with Company policyTo ensure the effective provision of excellent customer serviceIn the absence of the Customer Service Manger, liaise with external agencies i.e. Trading standards, Advocacy agencies, Solicitors, and InsurersTo assist with administration dutiesMonitor and record complaints made and any potential non-compliance with Consumer Protection law, consult with Management on any action requiredRespond to incoming calls as necessaryAny other duties as deemed necessaryThe RoleSalary £20,50040 Hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, increasing with Length of ServiceFree Parking on siteRoom for progressionFor further information please contact Loren CopeRandstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
