Benefits: £21,000 - £22,000 (+ annual bonus)15 minutes walk from City Centre (towards Aston & JQ)20 days hol + BH (Christmas shutdown) Parking on-site Mon - Fri 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM Main Responsibilities:Sales order processingProvide end to end sales supportHandling customer queries (mainly via email)Follow up customer quotationsFollow up for payments and customer confirmationsMaintain and develop the existing customer databaseLiaising with external departments and suppliers in UK and Europe to ensure goods are shipped to deadlineCoordination of shipments and deliveries Handling and responding promptly to customer enquiries via inbound calls and emailsAccurately process customer orders and action amendments accordinglyProvide updates to customers regarding progress of orders, any production, delivery, credit or other issues affecting the orderResolve and process required paperwork relating to any invoice, delivery or other queries raised by customersProvide admin support to field sales representatives with occasional attendance at tradeshows as required Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skillsWhat you will need?Sales administration/ office support/ customer service experienceRecent Graduate Ability to to learn lots of products Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills are essentialStrong communication and rapport building skills Ability and confidence to handle conflict and resolve problems arising to ensure delivery deadlines are metKnowledge and work experience with a ERP/ CRM system would be advantageous Excellent standard of English both written and spoken and MathsWorked as part of a small team Local to the Aston area!
