    Randstad are again working with this Supported Living client in South Manchester who are now looking for an experienced team leader to join them as the current post holder is moving to another role internally. For this post we are looking for experienced Senior Support workers / Team leaders who have the following experience and qualifications. Strong management experience with a NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent Extensive general care experience in related work, particularly experience in learning difficulty and / or disability field. Relevant professional qualification (desirable). Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and your Manager to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service in addition to any extra development work that is required on new services. In return you will be contracted to 37 hours per week (plus oncall so flexibility will be required) and a Salary of £24,826. location of services are South Manchester the duties of the role will include: Be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the service area, ensuring that planned work is undertaken and that there is adequate support to the different areas of the Service.
