Looking for a new opportunity? Have you got previous experience working on house building site or within the property industry?

We are currently working alongside a very well know house building company who are currently looking for a sales advisor in the Aberdeen area.

You'll be responsible for:



* Securing sales of properties and processing all sales administration
* Meeting clients
* Demonstrations of the show homes and general housekeeping of the show homes.
* Observing Health and Safety regulations at all times.
* Helping Site Managers with handovers of the completed properties to the clients.
* Assisting clients throughout their choice and selections.
* Any duties relating to the smooth and efficient running of sales functions.

What they are looking for:



* Good relationship building skills.
* Evidence of working towards targets and achieving them.
* Previous experience in a sales enviroment.
* Previous experience in a customer service position.
* Strong IT skills with the ability to learn fast and adapt to the internal systems quickly.
* Attention to detail.
* GCSE Maths and English grade A-C)
