* Salary 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM Mon = Fri
* £20,000 - £25,000
* Parking - on-site
* 20 days hol + BH


* You will be working alongside both the Sales, Marketing, Procurement teams as well as the Managing Director to provide extensive administration support
* The role will vary from supporting the MD with executive support duties, process sales order, process invoices, support with accounts as well as reception duties

Please see below additional responsibilities:

* You will be working alongside the MD in creating and reviewing the term marketing and sales plans, objectives and KPI's
* Helping support the external sales support; liaising with the sales team and assisting them in lead/call generation/ processing of orders and helping to develop relationships
* Managing export sales; documentation and delivery
* Scheduling and organising deliveries using various modes of transport
* Identifying company service & product USP's and target message for active market sectors
* Providing the marketing team with support (Creation of a wide range of marketing material including direct mail, press releases, feature/trade articles, corporate literature and promotional material for active market sectors)
* Regularly in contact with the external production and delivery of company (corporate, service & product) presentation, implementation and enhancement of existing customer satisfaction surveys and historical sales activities to generate cross/up selling & additional follow-up opportunities.
* Help manage and support the procurement functions; procurement of contract specific materials in a cost effective manner
* Sourcing competitive Suppliers in line with best practice
* Help with the coordination and effective management of stock
* Assisting with the project management of corporate events, exhibitions and PR opportunities
* CRM Management: Maintenance and enhancement of CRM/ERP system
* Working within the administration Department you will be responsible for the control and upkeep of the relevant areas (reception, boardroom) and equipment.
* The daily control of post, recording and distribution.
* Collating and inputting of purchase and invoices


* 7 years experience providing extensive administration support to a variety of different departments (within a manufacturing, engineering or packaging environment would be advantages)
* MUST have fantastic communication skills, having contacted and liaised with stakeholders, suppliers internal and external departments
* Sales Support Experience; processing sales orders and invoices
* Proven ability to adapt, multi-task and work in a fast paced working environment
* The proven ability to be able to prioritise
* IT Literate: Competent on MS application and company systems
* Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Meticulous attention to details
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels, and to produce effective summaries and reports as required
