My client is an award winning residential developer renowned for their regeneration schemes as well as their prestigious builds in the London property market. Due to substantial growth they are seeking a new Sales Consultant to be based in East London to join their successful team.

As a Sales Consultant this is an exciting opportunity to progress in the New Homes sector. You will receive excellent training and have a chance to an unlimited earning potential.


* Source and a qualify potential buyers
* Hold client on viewings
* Meeting and greeting clients in the sales suite
* Assisting in the preparation of site launches
* Use your market knowledge to consult potential buyers


* You must have residential sales experience
* Previous experience working for a residential developer is preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Must be ambitious and career driven
* Very well Organised
* Strong rapport building and negotiation skills
