Sales Consultant
£ 14,000 - £20,000 + Commission

Due to continued success and growth in the UK, our client is looking to recruit talented and motivated Sales Consultants to join an exciting team within a fast faced environment.

Our client is based in Welwyn Garden City and they are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated candidates who are happy talking to cold leads in a B2B/cold calling environment.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Consultant job will include:
-Call new business to establish and develop relationships with the aim to convert them into customers. Calls can be either to cold, and/or warm leads from prospecting database.
-Ensure all KPI's are achieved on a daily/weekly basis as directed by the General Manager.
-Assist credit control to gain information they require from prospects/customers to have an account open or to increase credit limits, etc.
-Ensure all follow-up procedures to all potential customers are correctly maintained within the specified timescales.
-Ensure prospecting database entries are accurate and up-to-date to ensure efficiency of the sales process.
-Complete customer queries and requests in a timely manner meeting set KPI's

Hours will be Monday to Thursday 9-5, Friday 8.30-4.30 and salary, dependant on experience, £14-20k plus a great commission structure

The ideal Sales Consultant will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Have a proven track record of sales success in a telesales / internal sales capacity.
-Have worked in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
-Have strong closing skills
-Have an excellent telephone manner with great communication skills
-Have a passion to deliver value to customers
-Have a positive, can do attitude
-Highly driven to succeed
-IT literate in both keyboard use and Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.
-Educated to a minimum GCSE Grade C+ in Maths and English.
