In this role you will be hitting the ground running, with a huge amount of inbound leads! You will be a passionate individual who loves technology, has a strong work ethic, and loads of initiative. You will have a natural ability to build rapport with clients at all levels within a business. Your success will be based on a consultative approach where you are able to identify and understand the challenges a business faces and know how to position a solution to meet their needs.

Personal
● Someone who loves the challenges of sales; enjoys the highs of qualifying leads and helping close deals, but someone who can also can handle the hard work and persistence required to be successful
● Highly motivated and passionate person who wants to be part of a team of high achievers
● Hard working and willing to do what needs to be done when the pressure is on

The role
You will be responsible for:
● Making outbound calls as part of a sales and marketing campaigns
● Qualifying and nurturing inbound leads
● Nurture historical leads and opportunities
● Maintaining accurate and relevant information on sales activity within the CRM

At times you may be asked to:
● Deliver live online and in-person product demonstrations
● Contact existing clients as part of our annual review service process

Skills & experience
● Customer support or sales experience, ideally in the software/IT industry
● Natural ability to create rapport with people over the phone, specifically as part of a cold-call
