Job title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Central London 
Salary: £28k (up to £45k OTE)

Cutting edge software for facilities management, our client has brought together standard building management practices and the Internet of Things to reduce operational and building asset costs. They’ve won multiple awards for their innovative product since going to market in 2012, and have their sights set on taking their evolution to the next level.

They’re looking to bring on board highly driven, results-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join them in their ambitious plans for growth.

Sales Development Representatives – the package:
  • £28k basic salary
  • Up to £45k in OTE

  • Bonus/incentive scheme
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Researching market trends and developments
  • Responding to and qualifying inbound inquiries
  • Developing relationships with key decision makers
  • Producing proposals and quotations for prospects
  • Arranging demonstrations and face-to-face meetings where necessary
  • Working with internal and external teams to deliver results for clients
The ideal candidate for this role will be adept at developing relationships with others, as well as communicating the value of the company’s service to them – they’ll also demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving both for clients and colleagues, as well as a keen eye for opportunity.

Candidate requirements:
  • Essential: Educated to degree level
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate
