Job Title: Sales Manager (J8104)
Salary/Package: c£50k basic + OTE + Car
Location: Cheshire

The Role Sales Manager

Reporting into the Senior Leadership team, your role will be to support a Sales and Customer Service team who drive revenue, ensure accounts consistently return and provide a second to none customer service to highly valued clients.

Not only will you be in charge of the day to day management of an already successful team, you will also be instrumental in growing that team imminently with fresh new talent; talent that you will pick personally and mould their development path.

Candidate Skills and Experience Sales Manager

You are currently a successful Sales Manager and you are seeking a new exciting opportunity where your ideas are valued and you are instrumental in the growth of an entrepreneurial business.

You have previously managed both an internal and external new business sales team who manage the 360 sales process from lead generation through to close. You manage from the front and aren't afraid to get involved in the sales process to ensure a deal gets over the line.

You have experience of transforming a sales team, creating account management plans, how to upsell / cross sell solutions and how to maximise every opportunity to ensure you are taking the business to the next level.

You ideally have a background selling services into a variety of different verticals (any experience of selling into High Net Worth individuals, commercial properties, licensed properties or construction sites would be advantageous but not essential) before moving into a Sales Management career; a role which you are incredibly passionate about.
