Experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator in Harlow

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in Harlow for a top residential developer.

My client is a Tier 1 residential developer who offers an excellent base for Sales Negotiators to progress their career in the New Homes Sector. They offer excellent training as well as an enthusiastic team and working environment. This is a fast paced and rewarding role that would suit an experience New Homes Negotiator from either a developer or an estate agent background. Experience selling off plan properties is also very desirable.

Responsibilities include:



* Meeting and greeting customers on site
* Consulting potential buyers and qualifying their requirements
* Conducting client viewings
* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
* Advising customers on the sales journey and assisting through to completion
* Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date
* Ensuring you adhere to company policy and ethos

Key requirements:



* Selling New Homes is essential
* Experience working for either a Developer or Estate Agency
* You must be confident and personable
* You must have excellent closing skills
* You must understand the importance of customer service
