Experienced Sales Negotiator needed in Hampstead. This is position is offering a very competitive salary and commission scheme.

The Role

This is a permanent position ideal for someone looking to progresses within a business. This is offering a great basic salary and uncapped commission. You will be selling prestigious new build reaching the value of £5m therefore relevant experience is essential.

You will be:

* Meeting and greeting potential buyers
* Lease with other relevant internal teams
* Assist with your sale through to completion
* Meeting individual and team targets


* It is essential that you have experience selling new homes
* A Residential developer background is preferred
* You must consultative and have sound market knowledge
* You must have excellent written and oral communication
